While our company was founded in 1998, our experience in real estate-related services extends back to 1976. We have been housing providers in the Bay Area for three generations and have over 40 years of experience as property managers. As a subsidiary of Community Realty and Investments, a full-service real estate firm, we provide not only property management, investment and sales expertise, we also can provide real estate financing.
